Admission Criteria

Admissions criteria for candidates with a recognized undergraduate degree (preferred):

  • Eight years’ work experience with a minimum of three years at the management level
  • Successful completion of either the EMBA Diagnostic Test (EDT) (a sample test is available at www.rotmanemba.ca) OR the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) with a mini­mum score of 500. Preference is given to candidates who achieve a score of 550 or higher.
  • Ability to work in teams and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Two reference letters

Admissions Criteria for Candidates without a recognized under­graduate degree:

  • Eight years’ work experience with a minimum of three years at the management level
  • Successful completion of the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) with a minimum score of 500 . Preference is given to candidates who achieve a score of 550 or higher.
  • Ability to work in teams and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Two reference letters

All candidates must be pro fi cient in the English language. Some candidates may be required to complete a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). For more information, please visit www.rotmanemba.ca before completing your pre-application.

Fees

The cost of the Rotman Executive MBA program, including all tuition and course fees, is $89,000CAD. All fees are non-refundable.

Early registration discount:

Accepted applications who submit their first fee payment by February 15, 2010 receive a $10,000CAD fee discount.

Accepted applicants who submit their first fee payment by May 31, 2010 receive a $5,000CAD fee discount.

2010 Fee payment schedule (based on full tuition fee):

  • $8,000 due upon acceptance of offer of admission
  • $20,000 due on or before September 3, 2010
  • $20,000 due on or before November 12, 2010
  • $20,000 due on or before January 21, 2011
  • $21,000 due on or before March 18, 2011
